How to book
- Choose a car and dates — send them to us on LINE @evcnx or call +66 95 995 3000.
- Send your documents — passport, home driving licence + International Driving Permit, social media profile screenshot, phone numbers, flight/onward ticket, bank account for the deposit refund.
- Pick up and pay — show your original licence, pay the rental and refundable deposit in cash or by transfer, and drive away.
Driver must be 23+. Extra drivers are free (send each licence). Late return: 1 hour free, then THB 200–300/hour; more than 5 hours counts as a day.

Driving an EV in Thailand
- Fast chargers (DC, CCS2) are common at PTT and other petrol stations; 30% → 80% takes about 30 minutes.
- Real-world range is roughly 20% below the spec figure. Charging costs about THB 200–300 per session; we refund your first bill.
- All our cars handle the mountain roads around Chiang Mai. For Doi Inthanon, charge once before going up.
- Recommended apps: EV Station PluZ (PTT) and EleXA.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No. You book with documents only. You pay the rental and a refundable security deposit when you pick up the car.
What documents do foreigners need?
Passport, your home driving licence plus an International Driving Permit (IDP), a photo of your social media profile (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok), phone numbers, your flight ticket or onward ticket, and a bank account for the deposit refund. The driver must be 23 or older.
How much is the security deposit?
THB 3,000 for cars up to THB 1,500/day, THB 5,000 for cars above THB 1,500/day, and THB 10,000 for the DENZA D9 and monthly rentals. It is refunded in full after you return the car.
Do I have to recharge the car before returning it?
No. Cars are delivered with 85%+ battery. Just return it with at least 20% left. The first full charge is on us.
Where can I pick up the car in Chiang Mai?
Free delivery and pick-up at Chiang Mai International Airport, the railway station, bus terminals and any hotel in Chiang Mai city. Outside the city costs THB 100–600 per trip.
Can I drive to other provinces?
Yes, with unlimited kilometres. Tell us your destination when booking (required for insurance). Lamphun and Lampang are free; Chiang Rai and Nan are +THB 600 one-off.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Every car has first-class (comprehensive) insurance. Tyres and glass are not covered.
How do I pay?
Cash or bank transfer (Thai bank). Credit cards are not accepted yet.

Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, every day.
How long does fast charging take?
About 30 minutes from 30% to 80% at a DC fast charger. Use the EV Station PluZ or EleXA apps to find chargers.
